My client already has a dashboard or CRM. Will this conflict with what they have?
No. The platform is a front office layer — it handles what happens before a client ever touches their existing tools. AVA answers the call, captures the lead, books the appointment, and sends the follow-up. Whatever the client does after that in their CRM, case management system, or scheduling software is untouched. AVA feeds their existing workflow, it does not replace it. For clients using Calendly, every booked appointment flows directly into their calendar automatically.
Will my client know this is Aligned Impact's platform?
The platform is white label in terms of the service relationship — you own the client relationship and set your own pricing. The dashboard itself currently shows Aligned Impact branding. A fully custom-branded dashboard (your agency logo, your color scheme) is on the product roadmap and will be available to founding partners first. We will be transparent about this during your onboarding call.
What happens if a client wants to leave?
Since each client has their own VAPI and Twilio accounts, they own their data and their phone number. If they leave the program, their accounts remain theirs. There is no lock-in at the infrastructure level. You simply stop the monthly billing and they retain their call history and contact data.
