Will my callers know they are not talking to a real person?
AVA is designed to sound professional and natural. Most callers will not know the difference. What they consistently notice is that someone picked up, took their information, and got things moving. That is what matters most.
Do I have to change my existing phone number?
No. You keep your existing number. We provision a new number that AVA answers and you forward your main line to it. Your clients continue calling the number they already know.
How long does setup take?
Most businesses are fully live within 48 hours of completing onboarding. Your AVA script, intake questions, automations, team accounts, and scheduling link are all configured by our team. You review, approve, and go live.
Are there any costs beyond the monthly fee?
