Business 24/7 enables client businesses to deploy AVA, our AI-powered call assistant, to answer inbound calls and send automated SMS communications on their behalf. Aligned Impact Corp acts as a technology service provider and data processor for client businesses. Each client business is independently responsible for their own privacy practices and compliance with applicable law as it relates to their customers.
As a condition of using the Business 24/7 platform, all client businesses must agree to and maintain the following privacy and compliance requirements before AVA is activated for their account:
Aligned Impact Corp provides a Client Compliance Kit during onboarding to help businesses meet these requirements. Clients must confirm that all required language is live on their website before AVA is activated for outbound SMS. Aligned Impact Corp reserves the right to suspend SMS services for any account that does not maintain these standards.
We collect information in two primary contexts: through our own website and platform, and through AVA on behalf of client businesses.
Aligned Impact Corp's use of information
Aligned Impact Corp does not use the personal information of client business customers for any purpose of our own. Customer data collected through AVA — including caller names, phone numbers, appointment details, and SMS communications — belongs to the client business. Aligned Impact acts solely as a technology platform: we store that data securely, route it to the appropriate client dashboard, and facilitate the automated communications the client has configured. We do not analyze, profile, market to, or monetize end-user data in any way.

Regarding calls answered by AVA
Aligned Impact Corp does not routinely listen to, review, or document calls answered by AVA. Calls are not recorded or retained by Aligned Impact Corp. In the limited circumstance where a client business reports a technical issue and requests our support, an Aligned Impact team member may review relevant call activity solely for the purpose of diagnosing and resolving the issue. Any such review is conducted only at the client's request, is not documented beyond what is necessary to make the needed adjustment, and is not used for any other purpose.
How client businesses are expected to use customer information
Client businesses that use Business 24/7 collect customer information through AVA for the purpose of delivering their own services. As a condition of using our platform, client businesses agree to use customer information only in the following appropriate ways:
Transactional vs. marketing SMS — consent requirements for client businesses
The Business 24/7 platform supports two types of outbound SMS communications, and TCPA and carrier rules treat them differently. Client businesses are responsible for understanding and honoring this distinction:
Aligned Impact Corp provides opt-in language templates for both consent types in the Client Compliance Kit. Using marketing SMS without proper separate consent is a TCPA violation and is grounds for immediate suspension of SMS access on the client's account.

Aligned Impact Corp does not sell personal information — and neither may our clients.
Aligned Impact Corp will never sell, rent, or trade the personal information of end users or client business customers to any third party for any purpose. This is a core commitment of our platform. As a condition of using Business 24/7, all client businesses agree to this same standard: they may not sell or transfer customer information collected through our platform to any third party for marketing, resale, or any independent use.
Beyond the no-sell commitment, we share information only in the following limited and necessary circumstances:
Aligned Impact Corp may send SMS and MMS messages to individuals who have provided their mobile phone number and affirmatively opted in to receive text communications. These messages may include appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, follow-up communications, and other service-related notifications delivered through AVA, our AI-powered assistant, on behalf of the business you contacted.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How We Use Your Mobile Number
Your mobile phone number is used solely to deliver the service communications you have requested or consented to receive. These include appointment booking confirmations, scheduling changes, reminders, and follow-up messages initiated by AVA on behalf of the business you contacted. Your number will not be sold, rented, or transferred to any third party for their independent use.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent to your number unless you re-opt in by replying START.

Mobile Data Retention
Mobile opt-in records and consent data are retained in accordance with applicable law and Twilio's carrier requirements. This data is used solely for compliance documentation and is not shared with or sold to any third party.
AVA is an AI-powered virtual assistant that answers inbound calls on behalf of service businesses that use our platform. When you call a business that uses Business 24/7, your call is answered by AVA. The following applies:
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Call records and associated lead data are retained for a minimum of 90 days and may be retained longer at the client business's request. You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us at hello@tryalignedimpact.com.
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include encrypted data transmission (TLS), access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
