By accessing or using the Business 24/7 platform operated by Aligned Impact Corp ("Aligned Impact," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our platform. These Terms apply to all users including client businesses, their employees, and end users who interact with AVA, our AI-powered assistant.
Business 24/7 is an AI-powered business automation platform that provides inbound call answering, lead capture, appointment booking, SMS and email follow-up automations, and business performance dashboards. Services are delivered through a combination of the Business 24/7 platform (alignedimpact.app), AVA (our AI voice assistant powered by VAPI), and integrated third-party providers including Twilio (SMS and telephony) and Resend (email).
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice to active clients.
Client businesses are issued an account with access to manager and employee dashboards. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Aligned Impact provides a Client Compliance Kit during onboarding to assist with website compliance language. However, Aligned Impact is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Clients are responsible for consulting their own legal counsel regarding compliance obligations specific to their business and jurisdiction.
These Messaging Terms govern the SMS and MMS communications sent by Aligned Impact Corp, or by AVA on behalf of client businesses, to individuals who have opted in to receive text messages.
Program Description
By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to receive automated SMS and MMS messages from AVA, the AI-powered assistant operated on behalf of Aligned Impact Corp and its business clients. Messages may include appointment booking confirmations, scheduling reminders, rescheduling requests, cancellation notices, follow-up communications, and — where you have separately opted in — marketing or promotional messages from the business you engaged with.
Transactional vs. Marketing Messages
The Business 24/7 platform supports two categories of SMS communications, each requiring a distinct level of consent:
Transactional messages include appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notices, cancellation confirmations, and review requests. These are sent when you provide your phone number and consent to service-related communications through a contact or booking form.
Marketing messages include promotional offers, announcements, and campaigns. These are sent only to customers who have provided a separate, explicit opt-in for marketing communications. Consenting to appointment reminders does not constitute consent to marketing messages. Client businesses are required to obtain and document marketing consent independently before sending any marketing SMS through the platform. Customers may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP without affecting transactional message delivery, unless they wish to opt out of all messages.
How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages by (a) submitting your phone number through a web form and checking the SMS consent checkbox, (b) verbally providing your phone number and consent during a call with AVA, or (c) texting a designated keyword to an Aligned Impact business number. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you consent to receive automated text messages.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation text and no further messages will be sent to your number. To re-enroll, reply START to the same number.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. For transactional messages, you may receive up to 5 messages per appointment cycle including booking confirmation, reminder, follow-up, reschedule, and cancellation notices. If you have separately opted in to marketing messages, frequency will vary based on the business's campaign schedule. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of all messages.
Rates & Fees
Message and data rates may apply. Aligned Impact Corp does not charge for SMS communications. However, your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging and data rates. Contact your carrier for details.
Supported Carriers
Our messaging program supports all major U.S. carriers. Support is not guaranteed for all MVNO (mobile virtual network operator) carriers.
Limitation of Liability for Messaging
Aligned Impact Corp is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier outages, network issues, or the recipient opting out prior to delivery. SMS is not a guaranteed delivery channel and should not be relied upon for urgent or emergency communications.
AVA is an artificial intelligence assistant. Callers and users who interact with AVA are interacting with an AI system, not a human employee. AVA is designed to handle common inbound call scenarios professionally and accurately. Calls may be recorded. AVA will acknowledge being an AI if directly asked.
Aligned Impact Corp does not warrant that AVA will be error-free or will capture all information accurately in all call scenarios. Client businesses are responsible for reviewing their lead data and confirming bookings with their customers.
Subscription fees are billed monthly. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. We reserve the right to suspend platform access for accounts that are more than 7 days past due. Fees are non-refundable except at our sole discretion. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days written notice to active clients.
Third-party services including VAPI and Twilio are billed directly by those providers and are not included in Aligned Impact's subscription fees.
Either party may terminate a subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be deactivated and your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion. You may request an export of your data before termination by contacting hello@tryalignedimpact.com. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice.
THE BUSINESS 24/7 PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ALIGNED IMPACT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALIGNED IMPACT CORP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST LEADS, OR MISSED APPOINTMENTS, EVEN IF ALIGNED IMPACT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Carroll County, Georgia, or the applicable federal court with jurisdiction over Carroll County.
